36 THE EAGLE GRATITUDE REPORT 2025-2026 Campus Enhancements Strengthening Our Campus Through Philanthropy This summer marked another exciting milestone in the continued improvement of our campus. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our Capital Campaign donors and the steadfast support of our Board of Trustees, we were able to install air conditioning in five additional upper school classrooms. These upgrades provide a more comfortable learning environment for our students and teachers while bringing us one step closer to our goal of modernizing every instructional space on campus. We also made significant progress in preserving the historic character of our school. With support from Arizona State Parks Board for funding assistance through the Arizona Heritage Fund – Historic Preservation Grant Program, work was completed on the original school wing that is home to our second and third grade classrooms, ensuring the long-term integrity of this cherished building. Installation of new historically appropriate windows is scheduled for this fall, completing another important step in preserving our campus for future generations. We also made significant progress in preserving our historic campus. As we look ahead to next summer, our work continues. We plan to complete the installation of upgraded air conditioning systems in the remaining three classrooms, bringing climate control to every classroom on campus. Our focus will then turn to the largest remaining challenge: providing air conditioning for our Student Center and gymnasium. This transformational project will dramatically improve the daily experience of our students while creating a more comfortable space for athletics, performances, school events, and the many community gatherings hosted throughout the year. None of this progress would be possible without the generosity and partnership of our donors. Every gift brings us closer to a campus that honors our historic past while providing the safe, modern learning environment our students deserve. Thank you for helping make this vision a reality.
