Charmaine Lang has been the Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) at St. Michael’s since 2019. A graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and the first in her family to attend and graduate from college, Charmaine brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to her work.

Her professional background spans over two decades and includes 10 years in public accounting, 9 years in healthcare and medical practice accounting, and 4 years in real estate accounting. Transitioning into the world of independent schools has been a rewarding chapter in her career. Among her most fulfilling responsibilities are planning for the school’s long-term facilities needs and supporting scholarship families.

Although originally from California, Charmaine has called Tucson home since the age of five and proudly considers herself a Tucson native. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, rooting for the U of A Wildcats, and spending quality time with friends and family. Charmaine and her husband, Bill, are the proud parents of two daughters.
