My name is Matthew Champagne, and I am currently serving in the United States Air Force as a Pararescueman, a role I have proudly held for 19 years. I will be retiring from the military in August 2025, and I am planning to either pursue further education at the University of Arizona or transition into a position within the University’s athletics department.

My family and I are now in our fourth year at St. Michael’s, and we are thrilled with our experience here. I serve as the Chair of the Facilities, Safety, and Security Committee, where I am dedicated to preserving the school’s beautiful environment while ensuring a strong balance between safety and security for students, faculty, parents, and the church.

In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and pickleball. I also cherish spending quality time with my family.
