B.A. in English, Great Basin College

Symone Davis was born in El Paso, Texas. She began her journey in education while pursuing an associate’s degree in art at El Paso Community College, working full-time as a preschool teacher. This early experience provided a strong foundation in child development, classroom management, and student safety.

She later earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, graduating magna cum laude from Great Basin College. In 2022, Ms. Davis joined the Academy of Math and Science as a 2nd-grade teacher. During her first year, her class earned 1st place at SARSEF for a circuit-based science experiment, reflecting her commitment to hands-on learning and student engagement.

Ms. Davis is known for creating a supportive and dynamic classroom environment. She remains dedicated to fostering academic growth, curiosity, and creativity in every student she serves.
