Mandy began teaching in 2002 and started at St. Michael’s in 2013. She believes that developing and maintaining a positive and supportive parent-student-teacher relationship is imperative to student achievement, and instilling a lifelong love for learning in children. She has taught in both public and private schools, including working as an Arts Integration Specialist for Opening Minds through the Arts (OMA), as well as specializing in community safety as an educator for the Tucson Fire Department. An avid sports fan, Mandy loves to attend UofA games, play soccer, and is currently trying to become a better golfer. She loves spending time with family and friends, and is always in search of the next great recipe for family dinner night.
