B.S. in Mathematics Education, California University of Long Beach

Brittany Panzone has taught Math in the upper school at St. Michael’s since 2021. She earned her Mathematics degree with an option in Secondary Education from CSULB in 2015 and has been sharing her love of math to middle schoolers ever since. Brittany currently teaches the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade honors classes covering Pre-Algebra through Algebra 2. Additionally, she is the 7th grade Lead Advisor and develops their SEL curriculum while also planning and acting as lead chaperone to their grade level trip – a week long marine science adventure to Catalina Island, that also includes a focus on team building and environmental stewardship. She is a co-advisor for our yearbook staff, teaching our junior editors planning, theming, and layout design. Brittany and her husband have a daughter, who is a proud member of class of ‘34 here at St. Michael’s. You can often find her reading, crocheting, or working on a logic problem when she has some free time.
