Focus on Well-Being
We recognize that students, faculty and staff have to be happy and healthy to succeed in a challenging educational setting like St. Michael’s School. Therefore, we make sure that everyone within our community feels safe and supported in a welcoming atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and respect for diversity. Teachers intentionally incorporate research-based SEL curriculum into their weekly lesson plans. We teach resilience skills to help students cope with life’s challenges and bounce back after difficult experiences. We build positive relationships, promote mindfulness, and encourage extracurricular activities to build confidence, improve social skills, and stay active.

Student Life
In addition to an exceptional education, St. Michael’s also offers a full slate of programming to round out the day including aftercare, a robust middle school athletics program, intramurals, an annual musical theater production, chess club, karate, summer camp, and more.
Safety and Security
Safety is the top priority at St. Michael’s School. We’ve implemented a comprehensive system that includes faculty and staff training sessions, controlled building access, video surveillance cameras, two way radios, and the clear articulation and practice of standard response protocols. Our continuing goal is to provide all students with a secure and healthy learning environment both during school hours and at after school activities.
