Through this meaningful project, students deepened their understanding of both personal wellness and environmental responsibility.ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE Collectively, our school community gathered 2,930 food items to help stock the church pantry for their ongoing mission of feeding the hungry in our community.The third grade raised $1,238 through their bake sale. With the help of family contributions and a generous TEP matching gift, the proceeds grew to $9,040, which was donated to the Community Food Bank - all thanks to the incredible support of our St. Michaels community! MLK DAY Students honored the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by serving local community organizations including Beads of Courage, Community Gardens of Tucson, Hermitage Cat Shelter,Santa Theresa Tile Works, Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT), and Tucson Clean and Beautiful.
